Chairman Akio HAYASHI
The first school which was founded in 1979 and established as a limited company in 1984 celebrated the 38th anniversary of its foundation in 2017 and the 33rd anniversary of being established as a limited company. In order to respond to human resources development in a globalizing company, we established the Establishment Office in October 2016 with the aim of establishing a Kairin Juku Japanese language school by 2019 on the 40th and 35th anniversaries of our company.
Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, which is the location of Kairin Juku
Co., Ltd. headquarters, also has Ashikaga School which is Japan’s oldest
school. With the help of the Ashikaga community and based on the 5S principles
we aim to develop a Japanese language school where our students are immersed
in the lifestyle, culture, history and traditions of Japan.
Eventually, we are planning to develop Japanese language schools in various
countries around the world, and we would like to contribute to human resource
development by devoting and expanding Japanese language and culture.
Principal Toshihiko TAKAO
I am Toshihiko TAKAO, principal of Kairin Juku Japanese Language School

Let's raise the high international understanding, which is one of our school's
educational goals, based on 'know-how' that followed the school's 38 years'
experience, and enhance communication skills while experiencing Japanese
history and culture in multicultural symbiosis. All the teachers will work
together so that you can learn with the aim in a good environment of Ashikaga.
